Frozen pipes - Usually having your pipes freeze can
be avoided by letting the faucet drip, opening cabinet doors, insulating
pipes, etc. If your pipes do freeze don’t leave home without
turning your water off. If the pipes unthaw while you’re gone
you may have a flood when you return.
*We will insulate and/or repair frozen pipes for you.
Gas Leaks - Natural gas has a sulfur smell
added to it. For safety reasons if you think you may smell gas, leave
your house, call Local Gas Company or file a report ASAP.
* We repair & replace all gas lines.
Carbon Monoxide - Gas appliances, furnaces, water
heaters can create carbon monoxide if not vented or operating properly.
Carbon monoxide is odorless and can kill you. Anyone who has gas burning
appliances should have Carbon Monoxide detectors/ alarm.
* We sell & install Carbon Monoxide Alarms.
Floods - During excessive periods of rain, be aware
of your vulnerable areas. Keep your sump pump updated and the sump
clean. For any home with a history of back-ups.
* We offer all types of back flow precaution systems for drains
and back-up pumps for when electricity is out.
